No purchase is
necessary to enter the drawing. To enter, simply sign up for the FREE
Lottery Players Club.
All Players Club
members actively subscribed as of 11:59 p.m. (CT) Sunday, March 30, 2008 will
be included in the random drawing.
The drawing will be
held at 11:00 a.m. (CT) on Monday, March 31, 2008 at the
Lottery office in Pierre, South Dakota.
Odds of winning a
prize package will be determined by the number of Players Club members
at the entry deadline.
Persons entering the
drawing must be 18 years of age or older. Persons prohibited from
playing the Lottery pursuant to
SDCL 42-7A-33 are ineligible. A person may win only one prize
package.
The Lottery will
make all reasonable efforts to notify the winners of their prizes.
After all reasonable efforts have been made by 12:00 p.m. (CT) Friday,
April 18, 2008 or if the winner is unable to claim the prize for any
reason, the Lottery may award the prize to an alternate entry drawn.
Prize winners must
complete and submit the Lottery
claim form to claim a prize package. If the winner owes the State
of South Dakota pursuant to
SDCL 42-7A-51
et seq, the winner can settle the debt to the
State and claim the prize or choose to forfeit the prize.
Each winner’s name
and hometown will be announced in an email to the Players Club when all
prizes have been officially claimed.
Players Club members
who do not wish to participate may send an email to
lottery@state.sd.us indicating their withdrawal from the drawing.
The message must be from the same email address the person is registered
as a Players Club member and include the person’s first and last name
and indication of withdrawal from the Get Out And Play! drawing.
