How to play: Scratch each of the 18
briefcases. You will uncover a dollar amount or a "NO DEAL"
symbol. Scratch ONLY the corresponding dollar amount or symbol
on the PRIZE TABLE to eliminate that dollar amount or symbol. If
the one remaining unmatched box on the PRIZE TABLE is a dollar
amount, win that amount.
How to Enter: Use your
non-winning Deal or No Deal ticket(s) to enter drawings to win
one of two trips for two to Hollywood and up to $2,500,000 cash!
Fill out and sign the back of the
non-winning ticket, attach a stamp, and mail it like a postcard
to the South Dakota Lottery. Enter as many times as you like.
Two trip packages will be awarded.
Each trip package includes roundtrip airfare for two to Los
Angeles, CA, four nights hotel accommodations, ground transfers
to and from airport, hotel and studio, and a cash prize of
$5,000 or the opportunity to be selected to play the new daily
version of the non-broadcast game with Howie Mandel and The
Banker for a chance to win up to $2.5 million, and a chance to
be selected to play the game for broadcast on nationally
syndicated television stations. Trip dates depend on studio
scheduling, but are expected to occur in the Spring of 2009.

Entries for the trip package drawing must
be received by 5:00 p.m. (CT) February 19, 2009. The trip
package drawing will be held on February 26, 2009.
There’s even another chance to win!
Entries not selected to win a trip package
will be automatically included with other entries subsequently
submitted in a drawing to select two finalists from South Dakota
for a multi-state drawing to win a cash prize between $250,000
and $2,500,000.
Entries for the finalist selection drawing
must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CT) on August 19, 2009. The
drawing to select the two final South Dakota entries will be
held on August 26, 2009. The final multi-state cash prize
drawing will be held on or about September 15, 2009.
Eligibility: Entries must be
non-winning Deal or No Deal tickets. The back of the ticket must
be completed in the spaces provided and include legible name,
address, telephone number and signature. Entrants must be 18
years of age or older. Prize winners must have a current, valid
credit card or shall be required to post a cash deposit pursuant
to hotel rules for handling personal incidental expenses. A
person may win only one drawing in the promotion.
